Shipping policy

Vees offers a variety of shipping options that may vary by your location. Choose your preferred method of shipping and view shipping costs at checkout. We use USPS services when shipping to PO Boxes.

Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Vees currently ships to the continental US only. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

During our soft launch we are shipping two times a week — Mondays and Thursdays. Orders received by Noon on those days will ship same day. Shipping time depends on the shipping type you select, which will be estimated for you at checkout. We offer multiple options including UPS, FedEx and USPS. Once your order is shipped you will be provided a tracking number.

Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once it is shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. If you still don't see tracking information after this time, or if you haven't received your order 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@veesgolf.com.

If you think your package might be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier provided in your shipping confirmation email, and provide them with the tracking number and your address. We will support you however we can to recover the package, but Vees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

As of November 20 Vees is shipping via USPS only. Vees also does not offer overnight/express shipping at this time.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of item receipt. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging. You will also need to provide original proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@veesgolf.com with your order number provided on your original order confirmation email. Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to get it back to us.

The best way for us to handle an exchange is for you to request a return for the original item, and order the replacement item in a separate order transaction. While return shipping is on us, you will pay for shipping the new item.

Upon receipt of your return, we will assess the items and promptly refund your payment, minus shipping charges. You will be notified of the refund at this time. Refunds will be applied to form of payment used for original transaction. Note that the time your payment takes to be reversed depends on your form of payment. Some banks may take up to 10 days to refund payment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@veesgolf.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or third-party purchases.
